A Night To Remember Art Call
The West Valley Arts Council is seeking original artwork for an upcoming A Night To Remember World War 2-themed fundraiser at the Flite Historic Hangar in Goodyear, AZ. Chosen artwork will be on display and for sale throughout this exclusive ticketed evening event on Saturday, NOVEMBER 14, 2026. Artwork should represent the WW2 era from 1939-1945, using iconic themes of automobiles, airplanes, Rosie the Riveter, Pin-up Girl (moderate), and other social themes from that historic period. The art call is open to various 2D and 3D art media. Exhibited artwork will be displayed on easels or pedestals. Artwork must be suitable for a family audience.
The A Night to Remember event will be held at the large Flite Hangar located at 1300 S Litchfield Rd Suite 210F, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Featured artists will receive a ticket ($200 value) to the event, and chosen artwork may or may not be used for promotional materials for the event, and the artist will be credited.

Call to Artist: Lasting Impressions
The Arts HQ Gallery is seeking print artists for an upcoming Lasting Impressions exhibit at the Arts HQ Gallery in Surprise. The exhibit will run July 17 - September 10, 2026. This will be an educational, comprehensive exhibition of different types of prints: linocuts, wood cuts, lithographs, monoprints, 3D printing, gel prints, screen printing, fabric printing, etching prints... For sculpted prints, save your print bodies to display with the finished artwork. The theme is open, but must be suitable for a family audience. This is not for regular prints of artwork/digital artwork, but to showcase the different types of physical artwork prints.
Art call for Community Canvas: Celebrating Black Artists
The West Valley Arts Council is seeking original artwork from African-American Arizona artists for the upcoming Community Canvas: Celebrating Black Artists exhibit at the Avondale Civic Center Library in Avondale, AZ. The exhibit will showcase the talent of local black artists and correspond with Juneteenth. The exhibit will take place in the new City of Avondale Art Gallery near the entrance of the Avondale Civic Center Library located at 11350 W Civic Center Dr, Avondale, AZ.
“Greetings From El Mirage” Mural Project
The selected mural design will be inspired by the nostalgic “Greetings From…” postcard style, incorporating the iconic block letters and imagery that represents the culture, heritage, and defining characteristics of El Mirage.
To ensure durability and quality of the installation, the selected artist will paint the final artwork on a 36” x 48” canvas. The image will then be digitized and enlarged into a vinyl wall wrap for installation on the building facade.
The City of El Mirage will retain ownership of both the original canvas and the mural image.

The West Valley Arts Council is seeking original artwork from Arizona artists for the upcoming Art in Nature exhibit at the Avondale Civic Center Library in Avondale, AZ. The exhibit will welcome Spring and feature original 2D and photography showcasing the beauty of nature in colorful florals, botanicals, and landscapes. The exhibit will take place in the new City of Avondale Art Gallery near the entrance of the Avondale Civic Center Library located at 11350 W Civic Ctr Dr, Avondale, AZ and will run March 20 - April 21, 2026
